Pet Policy
The Preserve at West Carroll is a pet-friendly community that welcomes your furry companions. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply, and no exotic pets are allowed.
